On the Day of the Solar Eclipse!

Hey everyone!! How are you all?! Sorry for not having written for a long while. I have been, to put it simply... lazy. Yes, lazy. This is my excuse. If it is not good enough for you... then, I have no words for you!

Loipon, to start, check out this image. All of you in Greece got to see the Solar Eclipse, well this is what you saw on this day (March 28) from SPACE. The International Space Station took a picture of this and NASA published it! Look at the top is Cyprus and the southern coast of Turkey. In other words, the Space Station was right over you guys when you saw the Eclipse and took a picture of the Moon's shadow on Earth!!! I wonder if any of you smiled for the photo??

Now, about this summer. Things are very weird for me right now. I am trying to get a job, but at the same time looking into whether or not I can explore other opportunities. IF I get my job, then I might ask them if I can atleast have 1 month off before I begin working to possibly visit you all really quick. I know it won't be the whole summer like I want, but this is the harsh reality. I feel really bad too. I promised Tati, Vasia and Penny I would try as much as possible to come to Greece this summer... and try I will. But whether "trying" will get me there is another question.

Hi Everyone!

It's mid-March!!!!

I know I know... I haven't posted something in a while... but that's because things have gotten SO busy around here that I haven't had much time... but you can all be sure that I frequently think about you all!

How is everyone doing? I hope everyone is well. Here things are a little strange. My work has begun the process of actually hiring me to a full time position... I don't know what this means yet for this summer... but I am beginning to become frightened that I might not be able to come to Greece, due to the fact that I will be working full time. :( This, to be sure, is not good... plus many of my loans for school are going to start coming this summer... that also is not making things look good for Greece.... So I am a little sad. I have to figure all this out in the next few days if I am going to buy a ticket to come this summer. See how busy things are?

Manoli, guess what... we've made a new team for soccer! It's called Panelliniki Athlitiki Enosi (PAE) and we have 18 players... this time for sure we will be playing because there are 8 to 10 teams in our league! I think its going to be really fun. We start first week of April... so I will keep you posted on what we do.

Tati, Thank you for the birthday wish!! Didn't one of you have a birthday in February??? Shoot... ok my memory is bad right now... I think it was Manoli?? Who was it!?!?! Ohh nooooo! I forgot!!!
